MSL Support The Colour Run

We’re proud to be regular supporters of the Overgate hospice in Halifax, and on Saturday 8^th July, the MSL team had a great time volunteering at Overgate’s fundraising colour run.

Overgate Hospice is located in Elland, and was opened in 1981. It provides skilled and compassionate specialist care to patients with any life limiting illness, and all care is provided free of charge.

The colour run is an annual event held in Savile Park in Halifax, where this year 1,671 people, from all ages c

 

ame along to take part in this fantastic event. As can be seen in the accompanying photos it was a glorious day for it too!

MSL staff members ‘manned’ a colour station at the event, helping to coat runners in paint as they passed through. An amazing £40,000 has been raised already, with more sponsorships still coming in. It’s with special thanks to all those who took part, along with the volunteers, staff, and corporate supporters who’re invaluable to the event –  it could not have gone ahead without them.
