Andy Thomson was spending time with a group of helpdesk new starters this morning in our newly refurbished training room at MSL HQ.

As part of the introduction to working on the MSL helpdesk, new members of staff undergo a classroom training session, either one on one or as part of a larger group, with experienced members of staff explaining the common maintenance issues they are likely to experience whilst working on our busy helpdesk. After the introductory session helpdesk members follow a programme of maintenance and health & safety training to help ensure that we give our customers the very best service.

The MSL Helpdesk has a proven track record for providing excellent customer service. In 2015 they were awarded 1st place in the Service Provider Category in the “Top 50 Companies for Customer Service”. MSL are dedicated to providing the very best training to all of our members of staff and revamping this room is testimony to our investment in training and our people.
