Training

As part of our ongoing staff  training and development programme within MSL members of the team recently started undertaking NVQ qualifications in the following areas:

NVQ Level 2 – Team Leading
NVQ Levels 2 / 3 – Customer Services
NVQ Business Administration

All members of staff who are taking part in this programme are due to finish the NVQ qualifications early in July.

By investing in our people we aim to enhance further the quality of customer service we provide to customers, building on the achievement of the companies 1st place in the service provider category in the “Top 50 Companies For Customer Service” Awards 2015.

The NVQ qualifications also follow on from our success in 2013 where we achieved a number of ‘Perfect Vision’ certifications for Customer Service Excellence Skills, and for People Management Skills. 20 of our staff received certification for the Customer Service course, and 8 more received certificates for People Management. We are proud to invest in our team development and will continue to do so.

Members of the team are working towards the qualifications outlined above and hope to achieve these soon. By giving our team additional skills we are providing our clients with the absolute best in customer service.
