Overgate Hospice Corporate Quiz Night

As part of our charity fund raising events MSL entered four teams in the annual Corporate Quiz Night hosted by local charity Overgate Hospice. MSL have done a lot for Overgate in the past, helping raise funds for this great cause.

Each team entering the quiz makes a donation of £50 for the charity which secures them not only a place at a table for the quiz, but more importantly a portion of pie and peas (or chilli for vegetarians!). In addition to this MSL staff were recently invited to complete a short employee survey on the company values, how staff feel they are treated and for each survey completed MSL donated £5 to Overgate.

Unfortunately all teams who entered from MSL were out-knowledged by others. That being said, all of whom who took part had a fantastic night, it is sure to be an annual get together in the years going forward. See some photographs taken from the evening here:

What Overgate Hospice Do

Overgate Hospice aim to care for the whole person to give them the best possible quality of life. We also provide support for the patient’s family and/ or carers.
Treatment is based upon an approach that treats each person as an individual. We care for the whole person; including their physical, emotional, social and spiritual needs.

Our service is open to all who meet our eligibility criteria, regardless of race or creed.
