Helpdesk Customer Support Advisors
Working within our Customer Support Helpdesk, you will play a key role in fulfilling the building maintenance requests from our Clients. This will entail logging job requests and progressing them to completion, communicating with Clients and Engineers alike to ensure KPI’s are delivered and excellent customer service is provided at all times. Multi Skilled Fabric Maintenance Engineers
Working in our growing Operations dept. and as one of our Multi Trade Engineers you will need to hold an NVQ level 2 (or equivalent) in construction/joinery/carpentry/plumbing coupled with a strong working knowledge of other trades. Working at multiple sites along with a good understanding of various trades would be highly advantageous. To be successful in this role you will have previous multi skilled experience within a general maintenance/construction background in the commercial sector. The successful candidates will need to complete multiple jobs per day and fulfil our clients strict KPI/SLA’s.
Skilled Electrical Maintenance Engineers
Working in our growing Operations dept. and as one of our Multi Trade Engineers you will need City & Guilds 2360 Parts 1 & 2 qualification or equivalent, 17th/18th edition IEE wiring regulations and experience using a range of maintenance equipment. Working at multiple sites along with a good understanding of various trades would be highly advantageous. Project Surveyor/Manager
Working in our growing Projects dept., we are looking for a Project Surveyor/Manager with suitable building/maintenance experience (over 5yrs) to help survey, manage and deliver on time / cost effective projects ranging from £5K to £250K. Projects are expected to meet agreed deadlines and excellent communication/customer service is to be provided at all times. Client Account Manager
Under the direction of the Managing Director the account manager will initially have a number of key areas of responsibility namely:
- To develop a professional relationship with a portfolio of clients in order to retain and develop their business relationship with MSL, delivering strong customer service, technical and field support to your portfolio of clients.
- Working closely with MSL’s customer service helpdesk teams to deliver first class customer service and support to a portfolio of clients.
- New Business Development through cross selling services and maximising opportunities within existing clients
- Reporting to your fellow management team members on the monthly performance and activity of allotted accounts.

Quantity Surveyor
Under the direction of the Operations Director, this opportunity is a varied role involving reviewing/cost management of quotes ensuring value for money for our clients, involvement in BOQ’s and project/tender pricing, conversion of quotes to our Clients along with collation of feedback where MSL isn’t successful in winning the work, plus review/management of our internal SOR list/process to ensure this is kept up to date and in line with any increased costs.
