Helpdesk Customer Support Advisors

Working within our Customer Support Helpdesk, you will play a key role in fulfilling the building maintenance requests from our Clients.  This will entail logging job requests and progressing them to completion, communicating with Clients and Engineers alike to ensure KPI’s are delivered and excellent customer service is provided at all times.  If you are organised and methodical thinker who can work under pressure and to timescales then apply today.


Multi Skilled Fabric Maintenance Engineers

Working in our growing Operations dept. and as one of our Multi Trade Engineers you will need to hold an NVQ level 2 (or equivalent) in construction/joinery/carpentry/plumbing coupled with a strong working knowledge of other trades. Working at multiple sites along with a good understanding of various trades would be highly advantageous.  To be successful in this role you will have previous multi skilled experience within a general maintenance/construction background in the commercial sector.  The successful candidates will need to complete multiple jobs per day and fulfil our clients strict KPI/SLA’s.


Skilled Electrical Maintenance Engineers

Working in our growing Operations dept. and as one of our Multi Trade Engineers you will need City & Guilds 2360 Parts 1 & 2 qualification or equivalent, 17th/18th edition IEE wiring regulations and experience using a range of maintenance equipment.  Working at multiple sites along with a good understanding of various trades would be highly advantageous.  To be successful in this role you will have previous multi skilled experience within a general maintenance/construction background in the commercial sector.  The successful candidates will need to complete multiple jobs per day and fulfil our clients strict KPI/SLA’s.


Project Surveyor/Manager
