MSL Successfully Pass ISO Accreditations

Every 12 months our MSL head office is visited by ISOQAR, the leading certification body. They perform a thorough surveillance audit of our ISO 9001 (Quality), ISO 14001 (Environmental) and OHSAS 18001 (Health & Safety) management system accreditations, ensuring that we are compliant with the requirements. To do this, ISOQAR spend time in our offices, talking to our team and observing MSL’s working practises and procedures.

Passing these audits demonstrates that we; supply a quality service that meets customer and regulatory requirements; demonstrate an understanding and awareness of the environmental impact of our business and have adjusted and improved where necessary; take our approach to health and safety of both staff and customers seriously, ensuring that essential procedures and protocols are in place.

Our continued compliance in these areas is vital to our business, and confirms MSL’s reputation as one of the leading facility management companies in the UK.
