MSL are proud to be included within the Top 50 Companies for Customer Service 2014 out of some 200 companies who apply to join the benchmarking programme.
In October 2014 at a glittering awards ceremony, MSL were ranked 12th for calls beating industry peers including ASDA, Screwfix, Which and QVC which reinforces MSL’s commitment to quality customer service and personal approach to Facilities Management and Property Maintenance services.

The Top 50 Companies for Customer Service programme is a benchmarking programme which features customers and “mystery shoppers” contacting the customer contact centre and contributing to the independent assessment of our call centre service provision.
MSL continually invests in training and technology to improve our service across all channels and the team will continue to develop further customer service enhancements to benefit our customers.
