INTRODUCTION
The clients newly acquired site in Castleford, is not far from the M62 and Castleford Outlet Centre which is great for passing trade and connectivity to the motorway network. The client required a major Project including internal and external works to upgrade the site to their specification.
REQUEST
The client had acquired a unit and site which required modernising to a specific brand standard and had to be appealing to customers. We had been issued with a basic required layout specification from external works, internal office requirements and welfare into the main warehouse and storage areas
CHALLENGES AND SOLUTIONS
The internal office had to be reconfigured with altering internal door ways to allow us to install a bespoke service desk, redecorated and new flooring installed
- New data installation and servers were installed with new power to various points within the office and warehouse
- Install new LED lighting to offices and warehouse bays
- Electrical external charging points for their vehicles
- Supply and fit new shelving onto the mezzanine floor
- White lining the external yard and install new concrete base for totem pole sign

CONCLUSION:
Due to this being the first van hub hire desk, we worked closely with the client as they had a vision on the final product/look, we assisted along the way with different samples and swatches ensuring the correct colour scheme and feel for the service desk giving a great brand feeling when their clients came in. There were a few obstacles for the client to contend with, but again with working together with them, we achieved the final goal. They opened up and were trading within the time frames set out, the client being really happy with the finished product
