INTRODUCTION
Our projects team have worked closely with this client over ten years developing a strong relationship and trust to engage MSL to carry out their Project Refurbishments.
REQUEST
The client required us to give their old tired kitchen in their canteen a new lease of life. The staff who worked there did not use it and chose to take their breaks elsewhere, which they felt was not good for morale or team building.
CHALLENGES AND SOLUTIONS
- To strip out the existing flooring and kitchen units
- Re decorate the canteen
- Install new flooring
- Fit new up to date modern kitchen with splash backs
- Fit new wall graphics

CONCLUSION
For the welfare of the client’s staff, they decided to modernise the onsite canteen. Although there were no specific requirements, it was decided on site with the client how it should look and the colours which match the client’s brand. This was agreed, carried out and completed as requested. The staff on site are now utilising these facilities
